Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to services booked with Believer Duct Cleaning. By booking a cleaning you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you give us about your home — number of vents, returns, and the systems to be cleaned. If the system on site differs materially from what was described, we will tell you the revised price before starting any work.

Booking and cancellation

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Someone over 18 must be present at the start of the appointment to provide access and confirm the scope of work.

Access and site conditions

We ask that the areas around vents, returns, the furnace, and the dryer be reasonably clear before we arrive, and that pets are kept away from the work area. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for defects in ducts, coils, or vents that cleaning reveals rather than causes.

Our work

All jobs are operated and supervised by the owners and performed by insured technicians. Most residential visits take 1–3 hours. If you are not satisfied with the result, tell us before we leave — or within 48 hours — and we will come back and make it right.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing.
